What are your service times?

Currently the Sunday service is offered at 9:00am Livestream on Facebook and with in person in the sanctuary.

What happens during a Sunday morning service?

Our services are relaxed, informal and real with a friendly atmosphere.  Music is offered by our praise band, Everthirst.  Most Sundays include piano and/or organ music. Currently the chancel choir and/or handbell choir perform frequently.  The pastor’s sermon lasts about 25 minutes. Children are excused to Sunday School after “Time for Children” in the service.

What is the Sunday service attire?

We want you to feel comfortable to come as you are.  You’ll see a variety of people wearing a variety of clothing.  Hawaiian shirts for men are required…just kidding.   We welcome everyone.

Is Newhall Presbyterian a family-oriented church?

Yes, we are a family-oriented, friendly church…you will build lasting relationships.  We are not a “big box” performance style church.

Is there something for children and youth?

Yes, please click on the area of interest below, both from the MINISTRIES menu.

Do I have to give money?

Church visitors do not have to give money.  Regular attendees usually give to support the many ministries of the church as well as church maintenance.

May I take communion?

Our communion table is an open table.  It is not a “Presbyterian” table. The invitation to the Lord’s Supper is extended to all who need to be renewed by the strength of Jesus Christ.

How do I get involved?

Visit the Welcome Table in the church courtyard area to get answers to your questions, as well as learn about various ministries and events at our church.   You’ll experience the friendliness of our church family as you are greeted by and meet church members.
